Needs to Be Addressed

Last I knew, it was the responsibility of the town to clean out the storm drains. Seems to me, after cleaning out the stream alongside my house, this isn't being enforced. It should be. Apparently, it needs to be addressed as well that these drains are not for you to drop your dog poop bags into. It's gross and irresponsible as a dog owner. All this unallocated money, and we can't focus on these drains and redo them as it has been discussed for years. Can we focus on what needs to be updated first? Then, look into what people want.

FYI- that stream feeds into the marsh/wetlands. Keep your trash til you get home.
