11/01/2023 08:00 AMI am writing to urge you to vote for John Hartwell, candidate for the Representative Town Meeting (RTM) in District 5 of Branford.
John is a long-time Branford and Connecticut resident with the experience, skills, and heart to make the constructive change that Branford needs now.
John has been a banker and consultant with substantial experience in Connecticut public life.
Most importantly, he listens to his Branford neighbors' needs and then takes action on their behalf — purposefully and energetically. John Hartwell would be a vigorous and committed addition to the RTM. He would work collaboratively with his RTM colleagues. And John would bring a breath of fresh air to Branford government.
John has learned that, among other things, Branford residents want to maintain and improve their quality of life, strengthen Branford's infrastructure, and improve management of our town's money — and hold our taxes down.
John Hartwell would put Branford's residents first.
