A 24-year resident of Chester, Deborah has a strong legal background and is a former trust officer and professional financial advisor. With her unstinting commitment to community service, Deborah’s volunteer activities include helping out at the Chester Sunday Market and her support for Chester’s entrepreneurs as a member of the Rotary Club, of which she served as a past President. With degrees in business management and the law, Deborah has the necessary skills to delve into complex legal and financial solutions that come before Chester’s Board of Finance.
For her keen expertise and spirit of volunteerism, I strongly support Deborah Vilcheck’s candidacy for the Board of Finance. We are fortunate she is stepping forward and wants to serve.
