Hard to Ignore

I don't know either candidate running for Deep River selectperson. It was nice to see Kathryn Russell going door to door answering questions, and she didn't refuse to answer my questions. It's too bad more candidates are not as visible. I'm sure Carol Jones is a fine person. But working for Parks and Recreation, the Town, and volunteering hardly makes someone qualified to run our town. And the fact that someone hasn't lived in Deep River for 20 years should not make any difference. It's hard to ignore Kathryn Russell's business and education background.
