An Exceptional Asset

I am writing to support the election of Democrat Lorraine Connelly to the Chester Elementary School Board of Education. Lorraine was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board of Education last November. She is a quick study and hit the ground running, bringing her background in education and strategic marketing skills to the Chester Elementary School Board.

Lorraine is most passionate about students in grades K-6 developing the critical and creative thinking skills necessary to become lifetime learners. As a Board of Education member, she supports the school’s mission and the superintendent’s strategic priorities and is intent on effectively communicating these priorities to the public. There are some tough decisions ahead for our public schools, and Lorraine has the discipline and dedication to make decisions that are in the best interest of our students.

It is clear that Lorraine Connelly is passionate about the education and success of our students. I am certain that she will be an exceptional asset to the Chester Board of Education, and I encourage Chester residents to vote for her on Nov. 7.
