As a longtime resident of Deep River, I have had the pleasure of knowing Carol for over 25 years. During that time, I have witnessed firsthand her leadership, her deep understanding of the issues facing our community, and her proven track record of success.
Carol is a compassionate and honest person with strong moral principles. She is committed to serving the residents of Deep River with integrity and dedication. She is also a good listener who is willing to answer tough questions.
I first met Carol when she was a widow raising her four children. She was a dedicated volunteer at Deep River Elementary School, where she made a significant difference in the lives of many students.
As chairwoman of the Deep River Parks and Recreation Commission, Carol has overseen the efficient and successful operation of the Summer Camp, Annual Fishing Derby, Deep River Day, and the management of our Town Parks and facilities. Her work in this role has demonstrated her ability to organize and manage complex events and programs, as well as her commitment to serving the community.
Carol Jones is the best candidate for first selectwoman of Deep River. She has the experience, the skills, and the values to lead our town forward into the future. I urge you to vote for Carol Jones on Election Day.
