Merits Election

I am writing in support of the candidacy of Shawn Tiernan for the Board of Education.

I have had the opportunity to work with Shawn on several local committee assignments. I have been impressed with his work ethic, his knowledge, and his willingness to listen to different points of view.

Shawn went out of his way to talk to people from both political parties to learn what issues were most important to them. He presented his findings in an open, non-judgmental manner.

I believe this skill set will make him an outstanding member of the Branford Board of Education, and that is why I believe Shawn Tiernan merits election to this important position.
