Proud of Endorsed Ticket

I’m writing to let voters know that, as part of the Democratic process, there will be a Republican primary in the 5th district for the Representative Town Meeting (RTM). As a party, we are proud to have many residents who seek to run for office on our ticket.

The Republican-endorsed candidates are all longtime residents and active members of the Branford community. The endorsed ticket was elected with a look at some of the upcoming projects in town, including athletic fields and courts, as well as a moderate approach in looking at future town needs and budgets. As part of the Cosgrove team, we have been focused on infrastructure in town while keeping spending in check, and the endorsed ticket is focused on moving forward in the same manner, keeping Branford the great town that it is.

I ask that Republicans in the 5th district vote for the endorsed candidates on September 12th, which is Row A on the ballot. You may also vote by absentee now if you will not be in town on primary day.
