Exercise your right and responsibility to vote in the upcoming Guilford Town Budget Referendum.
A year ago, the budget passed with only 12.4% participation from eligible Guilford residents, i.e., 1,984 people voted out of 16,000 eligible voters.
Hopefully, the town will post the reminder banner on the north end of the Town Green for several days to alert residents or perhaps find another way to encourage people to participate.
Your property taxes pay for the budget; find out how your money will be spent.
Please pass this reminder on to your family, neighbors, and friends.
