A Huge Success

The Region 4 Education Foundation wishes to thank the numerous sponsors, registrants, and volunteers who supported our first of hopefully many Catch a Leprechaun 5K race held on March 18 in Essex. The race turned out to be a huge success for our Foundation but an even larger outcome for both Valley Regional High School and John Winthrop Middle School students. The money that was raised helps to broaden and enhance the educational experiences of our students by providing independent financial assistance for the development of enrichment programs, worthy educational projects, and other learning initiatives not normally included in the school budgets. Thank you again for a contribution that will surely have a positive effect on hundreds of students in the tri-town area.
