Dear Tweed,

In 2010 I settled in Short Beach, Branford, a very beautiful and quiet Branford neighborhood, surrounded by nature with woods and animals, the Sound nearby. And at the time not a fully operating airport 2.5 miles west, with a Memorandum of Understanding that Tweed will never develop, Jackpot! Even codified into State law! But since you fought successfully to have that agreement struck down in court, proving you did not negotiate in good faith, you started with “it’s only going to be six flights a day". But here we are less than two years later and it’s non-stop with bigger and louder jets, constantly, throughout the day, weekends and holidays, starting at 6:30 am or as late as 10:00+ pm flying in a horseshoe pattern right above my neighborhood, 2.5 miles away. Can’t sleep in, can’t go to bed early, can’t peacefully enjoy wildlife without eagles and ospreys being afraid and flying away every time your jets fly over, can’t have a BBQ without multiple jets flying on top of us. Your business has seriously impacted many people and peaceful birds and all our right to live in peace.
