Baffled

I am baffled by Dave Holman’s letter published Jan. 12 ("Is This How We Want ARPA Funds Spent?"). What is this “opposing viewpoint” he feels the Guilford Human Rights Commission (GHRC) should be obligated to present? That biased individuals should be supported in their intolerance for children who do not feel comfortable with the gender assigned to them at birth, and any parent who is so misguided as to support such children in finding a gendered space in which they feel comfortable? That Guilford has no desire to become “a supportive community for trans and LBGTQ”?
