Heartfelt Thanks

Three years ago, in honor and memory of my son Brian, Hugs for Hope came alive. Wanting to keep the conversation and stigma surrounding substance abuse going, I began making and selling blankets to raise money to be sure that children would continue to be educated and one or several lives could be given a second chance. Proceeds from the blankets were given to the Clinton Police Department so that every first responding officer was supplied with Narcan and the D.A.R.E. Program would remain part of the school curriculum. As my blanket-making comes to an end, I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to my family, friends, the Clinton Police Department, and The Bill’s Seafood staff for their unwavering love and support. Thank you all for giving me the platform to keep the conversation going.

We hope you all have a joyous holiday season and remember to always hug your loved ones!
