Compassion and Tact

I have known Chuck Tiernan for nearly 50 years, and I enthusiastically support his candidacy for Probate Judge.

Chuck’s life work has been to advocate for vulnerable people and negotiate outcomes acceptable to everyone’s satisfaction. This experience has prepared him to be a judge who will treat those who come before him with compassion and tact. This is particularly important in probate court where the judge handles cases with a wide range of sensitive issues involving children, the elderly, persons with intellectual or psychiatric disabilities.

I am confident that Chuck would be a judge in the tradition of John Donegan and Frank Forgione, our longstanding probate judges. That is why I play to vote for Chuck Tiernan in November.
