An Effective Leader

Next month I will be voting for Martha Marx, Democratic Candidate for Senator in District 20. I have met and spoken with Martha and know she will be an effective leader in supporting legislation for issues that are important to the people of Connecticut.

Martha Marx is an experienced nurse who wants quality reproductive health care services available to people in our state. She also recognizes the need for better mental health resources. Marx understands that taking away the stigma of mental health is the first step to a healthier life for individuals and their families.

Planned Parenthood Votes! CT, Council 4 AFSCME, and the Working Families Party have endorsed Martha. The Uniformed Professional Fire Fighters Association of CT has also endorsed her because Martha supports the rights of those who protect our communities every day.

On Tuesday, Nov. 8 I’ll be casting my vote at the Old Saybrook Middle School. Please join me in voting for Martha Marx as Senator in District 20.
