Best Qualified for the Job

You might be asking yourself, “Who should I vote for probate judge this election?” The answer is simple. Vote for the person who is best qualified for the job. I want a person who knows before winning the election what the job demands and the laws and responsibilities that governs the office. I want a person who has spent their career in the field of law which deals with matters such as estates, wills, and trusts. Probate law is a specialized field of law which requires a specialist to interpret and enact upon it.

Al Ippolito has made probate law a central focus of his practice for the past 40 years. His experience has been recognized by his colleagues, some of whom are former probate judges who have appointed him as a mediator in difficult cases. That work is what got Al interested in becoming probate judge. Looking at each candidate , I can say unequivocally that Al Ippolito is best qualified to be the judge of probate.
