To my Branford friends and relatives, I have enjoyed the honor of personally and closely working with Mr. Ray Ingraham to better Branford and the state for many years. I know Ray to have been capable, objective, honest, and nonpartisan in all of his efforts to better his community and our state. When approaching solutions Ray always draws from the area’s values and history to use as the foundation for a successful future. I respect Ray’s personal value system and know it will serve families well.
