Expected to Listen

Congratulations go to all the Board of Education candidates in Guilford following our election on Nov. 2. May I remind them that they represent all the citizens of Guilford. They may not agree with those who oppose Critical Race Theory, but they are expected to listen to their opinions and not demean them with name calling. They are not to judge anyone. They may not dismiss any concerns. The taxpayer is in charge. The parents are in charge of their children. The BOE is not. I pray they are up to the challenge and wish them good luck.
