That’s Cluster Housing

What the heck is that? Why, that’s cluster housing! Good day, I live on East Wharf Road and at least three times a week someone asks me, “What is that at the end of your street?” “Are they garages for sale?” “Are those self-storage units?” No, that’s cluster housing (corner of Route 1—the old General’s Residence). Well, I don’t think the zoning board members envisioned what this was going to look like, but they can certainly see it now! Please, let’s not allow this again. It is ruining the beauty of our town.
