Can Be Overwhelming

As someone who has gone through the zoning application process, I know firsthand how difficult and frustrating the process can be. It can be overwhelming at times; there are times when you feel as though the town is against you, and there are times when you get to the point where you start contemplating taking your plans, your business, and your tax dollars to another community.

Admittedly, I felt all of these things; that is, until I had a chance to be before the Old Saybrook Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). Kevin Danby simplified the process for me. He gave me direction, which helped me to straighten out the issues that I was having with the town. More important, because of Kevin’s help, I was able to keep my business in Old Saybrook. Old Saybrook needs more people like Kevin on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
