A True Student of Life

I write today with much admiration and support for Lisa Balter, as East Haven’s next town clerk. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Lisa on many different fronts. Never, have I met a more caring, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual as she.

Lisa’s efforts in serving as secretary of the East Haven Democratic Town Committee has brought an exceptionally refreshing tenor to the organization. Whether it’d be a small task or large undertaking, Lisa always finds the most efficient way to success. As an entrepreneur, the owner of her own travel agency, Lisa has proven time and again the ability to see the solution before a problem is ever presented. She possesses all the qualities one would want in a business associate, friend, and most important a town clerk.

Lisa’s successful track record in the banking industry, where she managed staff and consistently implemented strategies to always lead her team to success, is just one example of her diverse background. Lisa’s willingness to give back to our community through the office of town clerk is appreciated by all those who know her and will be appreciated by all those who meet her. Becoming a part of the senior staff governing our town without a doubt will prove to be one of the most positive impacts to an already successful administration. Lisa’s integrity will play a large role in the management of public elections, and maintenance of vital records.
