Listens and Carefully Considers

I am writing in strong support of Ellen Dahlgren for re-election to the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) for the Town of Clinton. Ellen has been serving on the commission for approximately eight years. Over that time she has moved from an alternate to a full member serving as secretary, vice-chair, and chair.

In all cases, she demonstrates a leadership focused on clear outcomes that support the enhancement of the town. She is extremely detail driven, which allows her to make clear and important points on all the applications that come before the commission.

Sometimes I hear people saying they think the commissioners are just in it for themselves. That is clearly not Ellen. She is scrupulous in making sure that she separates herself from any question of conflict of interest. She listens to and carefully considers all public comments for every application before PZC. Her only objective is determining what is going to be in the best interest of our wonderful town.

I am honored to have had the opportunity to work with Ellen Dahlgren and encourage everyone to consider supporting her on N ov. 2.
