Passion and Drive

My name is Carl Kordek, and I am running for first selectman of North Haven, a great community that has been my home since I was 11 years old. It is time we take our town up a notch and become the inclusive destination of the region—a technology-driven cultural hub that can grow our local economy and generate new streams of revenue for the next decade.

If I receive your readers’ support for first selectman of North Haven, the possibilities will be limitless for the direction of our town. But if not, the possibility is still available to become a selectman with your readers’ votes on Nov. 2. I will represent the democratic voice in North Haven on the Board of Selectmen, being an active participant as opposed to an impediment to progress.

The time is now to vote for new leadership in local politics. It’s a race not to the finish line, but a chance to elect someone who has a passion and drive to be a part of our local government for all residents. Four candidates are running for seats on the North Haven Board of Selectmen; the top three vote-getters will earn the privilege to serve this great town. I would like your readers’ votes, not just for myself but for the kind of leadership we deserve for North Haven’s future. This year we have the option to vote absentee or in person. For more information on voting, I encourage your readers to contact the Registrar of Voters at 203-239-5321 extension 640.
