As a Westbrook resident and taxpayer, I want to feel comfortable knowing the Board of Education is being fiscally prudent while also promoting a well-balanced education that sets our students up for success.
Incumbent Don Perreault and newcomer Andrew Miesse will work for both. Both Don and Andrew have children in Westbrook schools and have been active in the education community. Don has served as a member of the board since 2015 and Andrew is a Westbrook Little League coach. They both care deeply about the educational experiences of our students and will work diligently to ensure their needs are met.
It’s vital Westbrook schools continue to strive towards greater success and to give our young people the best opportunities possible for the future. Don and Andrew will focus on this and will always strive for excellence. They deserve your readers’ votes this November because it is important we have community-focused individuals on our board who will put our kids, and not politics, first.
