A Strong Advocate

This year, I am supporting the Hall/Campbell ticket for Westbrook because I believe they will do a wonderful job for our town and will always have our best interests in mind. Selectman John Hall has been a strong advocate for our community his entire life and has served the town for decades. His institutional knowledge of Westbrook’s budget, local issues, and how local government impacts businesses are unmatched. He is also a farmer and a small business owner, so he fully understands how important our business community is and how vital it is to hold the line on taxes. His running mate, Joe Campbell, is just as active in our community. From serving on local boards to being a local small business owner and parent, Joe will be a good partner to John in ensuring Westbrook’s needs are met.

In addition to John and Joe, the Hall/Campbell ticket has put together an outstanding group of people to run for other offices. Paul Winch and Karl Gelotte, candidates for Board of Finance, know how important it is to keep taxes low and to ensure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely. Don Perreault and Andrew Miese will work to move Westbrook schools forward and ensure all of our children receive a top-notch education as members of the Board of Education.

I am confident this group of candidates will do a phenomenal job for Westbrook and I hope they can all count on your readers’ votes on Nov. 2.
