A Profound Impact

I am voting for Ed Tessman for Board of Police Commissioners because Ed knows his role and is not a liability to the Town Of Clinton. You won’t see Ed investigating a citizen complaint independent of the department. You won’t see Ed asking for a commissioner police badge or acting outside his scope of responsibility. Ed does not want to be a police officer, a detective, a captain, or even the chief. Everyone has a role and Ed knows his role as commissioner.

Read the minutes and see Ed’s record. See how he votes and the motions he has put forward. Ed is not a bump on the log and is not afraid to make a motion, second a motion, or vote for a motion. As a commissioner, it is his duty and obligation to vote at these meetings and not abstain because he is unsure how the party wants him to vote.

Ed has had a profound impact on our town and the Police Department. Let’s keep Ed at that table and keep the momentum moving in the right direction.

I encourage your readers to vote for Ed Tessman in November. We need him in that room!
