Normal Once Again

I thank the members of the Old Saybrook Players for donating their time and talents to present a weekend of fundraising on behalf of The Kate. I had the good fortune of attending the all-woman play on Thursday evening. Women of all sizes, ages, and races (with maybe a half dozen very brave men) filled every seat. What a wonderful sight after the very long winter of COVID. Hearing our collective voices in laughter was heartwarming.

The Kate wasn’t the only recipient of this successful fundraising event. The audience was also given the chance to be normal once again. Women helping the arts and each other will always be successful!
