Bravery and Professionalism

Once again, first responders from the Branford Police Department and Fire Department showed tremendous bravery and professionalism in their response to the active shooter incident on April 13. They deserve our praise and thanks—as do the responders from our neighbor towns, the regional SWAT team, and the state police.

We are most grateful to all of them for their dedication to the safety of our citizens.
