The Same People?

I read that the state Department of Transportation is delaying the Limewood Avenue project until September. Did they not know that all of the shoreline is inherently unstable? Possibly one of the “unforeseen field conditions” was that it gets cold and snows in January?

Are these the same people who delayed the launching ramp on Goodsell Point because it started to sink so that it opened in November, just in time for the end of boating season? Are these the same people who scheduled the bridge replacement on Harbor Street for the middle of summer? The only thing these engineers should be running is a model train set.
