Do Some Digging

I just want to comment on the picture showing the construction that is not going on for the Route 146/Limewood Avenue project that was in the Jan. 28 issue of The Sound [“Seawall Construction Continues in Branford”]. I think you need to do some digging and see what has not been happening. There project has been stopped three times due to issues with building the coffer dam.

It will not be done by May as proposed. The neighbors are not happy with the delays.
