Considerable Political Skills

It is my great pleasure to endorse the candidacy of Christine Cohen (D-12) for re-election to the State Senate. Christine is a brilliant young legislator who has made her presence felt with strong initiatives in environmental policy, extending protections for small business and encouraging oversight of our public utilities.

Yet nowhere has she been more effective than in championing health care for all Connecticut residents, including strengthening protections for people with preexisting conditions, offering telehealth coverage and mental health parity in our health care programs, and providing small businesses a break on their health insurance costs.

Christine is a legislator with high ideals and considerable political skills who has already demonstrated a great capacity for growth. I encourage your readers to return Christine Cohen for a well-deserved second term in our State Senate.
