Recognizes and Respects Rights

There is a difference between an average and an outstanding state senator. That difference involves the capacity to translate ideas and promises into results that benefit all of us. That difference shows up in the ability to engage positively across the aisle. That difference is founded on a perspective that recognizes and respects the rights of minorities, women, and those who have been overlooked far too long. That difference is manifest in commonsense approaches to pressing issues like the COVID-19 pandemic, environmental degradation, excessive firearm violence, and building a sustainable, prosperous economy in which all can share in the rewards.

Norm Needleman (D-33) has been an outstanding state senator, and I have confidently cast my vote for his re-election. I encourage all to do so as well.
