Put Taxpayers First

State Representative Devin Carney (R-23) has done a great job representing us in Hartford. He has a strong grasp of the issues, which is what we need next session when the legislature will take up the next two-year budget cycle. Devin understands the high cost of living in Connecticut and has always put taxpayers first. There are some concerning proposals out of Hartford to raise our taxes, take away local control, and push new municipal mandates on us, but I am confident Devin will fight for us against them.

In addition, Devin is well-balanced and has some great endorsements from a wide array of organizations. He has been endorsed by the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, the Connecticut Realtors, and the Connecticut Independent Party. He’s also been recognized by Connecticut Counseling Association, the Connecticut Marine Trades Association, and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association for his positive record.

I look forward to supporting him on Nov. 3.
