Would Be a Shame

The former Daniel Cosgrove property at 99 Todds Hill Road is for sale. There are very few pieces of property this nice left in town. It would be a shame to see that beautiful property turned into another housing development.

I think the Town of Branford should buy this property right away. This is one of the nicest pieces of property in town and another opportunity won’t come along. Whether it’s a dog walking park, open space, or whatever. Do we want to see that beautiful piece of property turned into a subdivision?

Hopefully at the very least it will stay a single-family piece of property.
