A Longtime Advocate

As a retired school social worker who confronted issues regarding children’s health, safety, and education on a daily basis, I am writing to support State Representative Robin Comey (D-102)’s re-election to the legislature this fall. Prior to becoming a legislator, Robin was a longtime advocate for enhancing educational environments so that kids with special needs could be safely taught in school.

She is vice chair for the Committee on Children and also sits on the Education and Public Health committees. Through her work on these committees, she is able to combine her concern for the health and education of Connecticut’s children while speaking for one of the most vulnerable populations among us: kids.

If re-elected, she will continue to use her voice to promote access to education for all of Connecticut’s children.
