Better for All

Christine Cohen has a long history of working to make our community a better place to live. That is why I am happy to support her bid for re-election to the Connecticut State Senate.

I first became aware of Christine when I served on the Board of Education more than 16 years ago. She was very active in the parent groups that wanted to make education in Guilford better for all students. She is a parent and a small business owner who still finds the time to work and volunteer in her community. She served on the Board of Education and then had the courage to run for the State Senate.

In the Senate, she has supported legislation that supports small businesses as well as helps to protect our environment and expand assess to health care. She has listened to her conscience and voted improve our lives and our environment. I personally have appreciated the daily reports on the status of conditions in the state during the pandemic. She has kept us all informed and that has been very helpful as we make decision in our daily lives.

That is why I am going to vote for Christine Cohen for re-election to the State Senate. I hope your readers will join me and most important, be sure to make their voices heard and vote!
