Will Get the Job Done

As a Democrat for Devin Carney, I have kept a close watch on his accomplishments in the legislature during his terms in office as our state legislator for the 23rd District. He has developed a reputation as a serious, hard working representative who cares about everyone he represents.

Devin’s dedication to the numerous committees he has served on is impressive. He didn’t miss one vote in his second term, which is almost unheard of. He has worked tirelessly on the Transportation; Planning and Development; and Finance, Revenue, and Bonding committees. He is a bright, dedicated person of integrity who always remembers to keep a balance on the issues that affect all of us. He listens to our concerns, returns phone calls, and works for the people of Lyme, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook and Westbrook.

We should never let our party affliation alone dictate the candidate that we choose to vote for. The best candidate is the one who will get the job done and address the issues and concerns that affect his district and the state as a whole. We should focus on those who will lead the State of Connecticut in a positive direction.
