Respects Police and First Responders

Marc Riccio respects our police and first responders. He supports the good they do in our community and appreciates the risks they take on our behalf. By voting Marc into office for Branford’s 102nd District state representative, we can help him to support the officers and responders who in turn support us. Marc will make sure that police reform is both meaningful and safe for our community. He will help our state government to avoid hasty or overly emotional law-making, especially when it comes to our officers. Marc is also against defunding the police.

As we face so much new possible change to our police force, let’s be sure the decision-makers have the experience and knowledge to make informed decisions. As a long-time member of Branford’s RTM, Marc has played an important role in our town’s budget for police and firefighters. He has helped to ensure Branford’s first responders receive essential town support to do their jobs effectively. He understands when more funding matters—and when defunding can cause unwanted problems.

Let’s make sure the decision-makers understand both the positive and negative outcomes of funding decisions, especially when it comes to our first responders. In short, a vote for Marc Riccio is a vote for common-sense police funding.
