09/23/2020 08:00 AMI am an educated voter. It is with all sincerity that I encourage your readers to join me in voting for Christine Goupil to represent us in Hartford as our 35th District state representative.
I am excited that the citizens of Killingworth, Westbrook, and Clinton will have someone in state government with the passion and ethical drive that Christine brings. Christine has my vote because she has proven to fight for those who are afraid of the consequences of calling out the improprieties to which we often turn our heads to avoid conflict. She is the voice for those afraid to speak out.
Christine believes in inclusive and equitable communities, that we all deserve to be heard, and that justice matters. She will fight for our values. She has proven already through her record of strong decisions and advocacy for an improved train station in Clinton, and dedication in getting the perfect developer and plan for the old Morgan School.
Christine, Democrat for state representative, makes no apology for doing what is right for the greater good of the community.
