A Whole New Level

During the spring I received a friendly check-in call from someone in State Representative Christine Palm (D-36)’s office. She wanted to be sure I was aware of various kinds of pandemic support to Connecticut residents and businesses. I appreciated the call, said I didn’t think I fit into any of the categories but would look into it.

A short time later, I received a call from Christine herself to follow up and see whether I had questions. She was very knowledgeable about the programs and helpful.

We all hear stories about constituents calling their representatives to ask for things or seek support for their own interests and judging how well they responded or didn’t respond. I didn’t even initiate the conversation.

We have a remarkable representative in Christine Palm. We have someone who has got our back. She clearly takes “responsive” to a whole new level. It is truly exciting to support her for a new term.
