A Valuable Asset

I am writing to support State Representative Devin Carney (R-23)’s re-election this November. Devin has been a solid advocate for our region and enjoys a very good bi-partisan working relationship in Hartford. His reasoned approach to critical matters that affect Old Saybrook and the surrounding towns is a valuable asset.

I know firsthand that he responds promptly to constituent questions and follows up on questions. His positions on key committees (Transportation; Finance, Revenue & Bonding; and Planning & Development) and as a member of the House Screening Committee help to maintain a check on our state’s executive branch. We will be well served by returning Devon Carney to the Capitol for another term.
