Able to Work Across the Aisle

I will be voting for Devin Carney to represent the 23rd Assembly District of Connecticut because he is a unifier. Being a college student during one of the most divisive times in U.S. political history, I am able to see firsthand how difficult it is for people on each side of the aisle to talk and work with people on the other side. Devin Carney has a long history of being able to work across the aisle with Democrats on issues such as the opioid crisis, the environment, and healthcare.

In this divisive time, we need more people like Devin with the charisma and intellect to work with those he may disagree with but still get things done.
