Helping Us Find Our Way

The worst of times can bring out the best of people and here, in Branford, we are most fortunate that two women, State Senator Christine Cohen (D-12) and State Representative Robin Comey (D-102), have taken it upon themselves to step into public service.

Both their particular strength and our particular need right now is constituent service—that is helping us find our way through the red tape and complexities of the programs intended to help in these difficult times. Both of them and their offices are ready and available to help with our specific problems. Both put out newsletters with important information regularly. Both stand ready to listen to and advocate on our behalf.

Each has their special area of expertise. Robin has long been concerned with educational and environmental issues while Christine, as a small business owner, has special insight into that area.

We write, in sum, simply to bring attention to their efforts and thank them for their service.
