Essential to our Community

Since my family moved to the town of North Branford 15 years ago, we have found this community to be truly welcoming and supportive. My interactions with the North Branford Police department have been courteous and professional. Besides the officers in town, I have been able to get to know many in the local area, as well as retired men and women in blue. These are good people doing an extremely difficult job, dealing with an intense amount of stress each day.

I believe we should celebrate these officers and let them know on a daily basis that we appreciate them. I also suggest a public rally of support to demonstrate the caring community we are. Let’s stay North Branford strong—our police, firefighters, and emergency personnel are essential to our community!
