Potential Safety Hazard

As a proponent of the statements hear something, say something, see something, do something, I would like to point out a potential safety hazard at night.

Driving north on Wall Street from Route 1 approaching the stop sign, there are some cars waiting for their to go orders from Jia Mei Asian Kitchen (wonderful food) with their headlights on, blinding oncoming drivers. This is not only dangerous to drivers but pedestrians as well.
