Excited About the Prospect

I am excited about the prospect of a splash pad in town. In an age where technology seems to rule, I think this is perfect. I believe it will help bring our children outside and promote another engagement with nature.

The splash pad will be fun for children of all ages. Toddlers can learn to be in the water and teens can have fun as well. It is another opportunity to promote socialization of youth and families by encouraging them to engage with one another. Water play is an essential part of sensory and mental growth for children and the splash pad does just that.

I hope that this project succeeds and if so, I will be there with my granddaughter cooling off and meeting other families in town!
