Large and Passionate

On behalf of The Clinton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff, I would like to thank the large and passionate group who made this year’s annual Christmas in Clinton celebration a reality.

Without the input and ideas of our committee members, this event would not be the same. We would like to recognize The Shoreline Community Women, The Pretty Committee, Arbor Garden Club of Clinton, Clinton Rotary, Clinton Lions Club, Gratitude, Amy’s Active Learning, Christo Jewelers, Akiba Underground, Families Helping Families, Carefree Boat Club, Riverstone Images, Shoreline Financial Group, LLC, the Harbor News, Body Karma Studio, Clinton Art Gallery, Town Pride, Project Graduation, Cindy Stevens Fine Art, Partners in Community & REACT, Clinton Historical Society, [chow], Taquerio Cinco, Liberty Bank, Henry Carter Hull Library, Scottish Dave’s Pub, Grove Gardens Landscaping, Girl Scouts–Clinton Serve Group, Kidz Konnection, The Masonic Lodge, Pete Nye, The Adam Stanton House, Susan Kelly, Technique Printers, the Clinton Town Council and the staff of Town Hall, the Clinton Fire Department, the Clinton Police Department, and the Clinton Public Works Department, as well as all of the area churches. Please forgive any omissions; the work was done by so many.

A personal thank you goes to Mari Lee, Jules West, Faith Hamilton, Mariann Smith, and Jane Scully Welch, who made up the small committee that worked so hard to move this event forward

Last but certainly not least, thanks go to the hundreds of families, friends, and strollers along Main Street who made the event a success. The months of planning that go in to Christmas in Clinton only pay off when they arrive to enjoy the festivities.

On a final note, I encourage everyone to thank their local businesses and participants by shopping local this holiday season.

Paul Orsini, Executive Director
