Energy and Enthusiasm

Noel Bishop, as first selectman, has led a team of volunteers and municipal staff that constantly promote a quality of life for all of us. It takes a leader that understands that by working together, we achieve results. Noel has an open-door policy and is receptive to new ideas and challenges. He never accepts the status quo and has the energy and enthusiasm to get the job done. He attends all major community events and is available 24/7. This is what we expect of our first selectman.

Westbrook residents continually comment on the many services that we enjoy. Look around—a new train station, Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center, a thriving hospitality industry with several bed and breakfast establishments and Water’s Edge, an expanding Senior Center, and Park & Recreation programs. The list goes on and on. This is what Noel’s leadership as a team member has done for our residents.

The past is the best predictor of the future and I encourage your readers to re-elect Noel Bishop as the first selectman who will continue to lead Westbrook into the future.
