Time and Talents

Guilford has a deep history of families that continue to selflessly give back their time and talents to our town generation after generation. One of those families is the Hartmanns.

Therefore, it should be no surprise that Robert Hartmann, Jr., was raised to understand that the culture and appeal of Guilford is fully defined by the members of its community as well as the need to be heavily involved in the many volunteer groups, boards, commissions, and elected service required to keep our town moving forward.

Bob has served our community well through his involvement with the Guilford Keeping Society, Guilford Rotary, Guilford Foundation, Guilford Community Fund, and Guilford Youth Mentoring, to name a few. He has also served the town through several appointed positions to include the Guilford Pension Committee (of which he is currently the chair) and as a current member of the Guilford Facilities Task Force.

Bob is looking to expand his dedication to giving back by running for the Board of Finance on Nov. 5. I feel that his firm grasp and understanding of finance, budgets, and cash flows, coupled with a desire to seek out and implement efficiencies, will serve our town well now and into the future.

With this in mind I encourage everyone to vote for Robert Hartmann, Jr., for Board of Finance in the Nov. 5 election.
