10/09/2019 08:00 AMThis letter is to state my support for John Picard as a member of the Board of Finance for Madison. I have been friends and colleagues with John for five years, and during that time I have never known him to be anything but kind, fair, and honest.
His willingness to help find ways to enhance life for individuals and the greater community is evident in all he does, and the town of Madison would be incredibly fortunate to have him serve on the Board of Finance. I know as a Madison resident, I would feel more confident in our town leadership, knowing John is a part of it!
